Andrew Meranus Joins KOIOS as CRO to Revolutionize Financial Intelligence and Investor Protection

KOIOS, a provider of Financial Intelligence solutions, has announced the appointment of Andrew Meranus as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). In this role, Meranus will lead all revenue-generating activities with the aim of accelerating the company’s growth trajectory.

Meranus brings extensive experience in driving revenue and operational success across multiple organizations. His most recent positions include leadership roles at PRophet and Piano Software, both of which are data-driven, SaaS-based businesses where Meranus spearheaded U.S. sales and partnerships. His career also includes a notable tenure at PR Newswire/Cision, where he was responsible for agency strategy, managing partnerships with major global firms such as Omnicom Group, Edelman, and WPP. During his time at PR Newswire, Meranus played a key role in Cision’s nearly $1 billion acquisition of the company.

KOIOS’s co-founder, Ella Tkach-Dreazen, emphasized the strategic significance of the new appointment, stating, “We are seeing great traction with our Financial Intelligence SaaS offering. Andrew’s leadership and deep domain expertise will be instrumental in establishing KOIOS as an essential tool for IR agencies, crisis management firms, and publicly traded companies.”

Meranus expressed enthusiasm for his new role, saying, “I am incredibly excited to join KOIOS and work alongside such a talented and forward-thinking team. KOIOS is at the forefront of innovation with its Financial Intelligence platform, and I look forward to helping IR professionals leverage this AI-based technology to protect and enhance their stock values by deciphering the vast and often overwhelming chatter of retail investors online.”

KOIOS specializes in providing Investor Relations (IR) professionals with tools to protect against market manipulation, including pump-and-dump schemes, and to optimize investor communication strategies. The company’s AI models analyze large volumes of unstructured data from platforms such as Twitter, Reddit, and Yahoo Finance, helping clients to identify key signals amidst the noise.
