This interactive session will examine the roles communicators play internally and externally to counsel leaders, define goals and deliver measurable results around a not-so-measurable concept.

Jack Goodman, Vice President, Communications – Thomson ReutersHaving held senior communications roles at Thomson Reuters since 2003, Jack currently leads communications for the company’s Chief Customer Office, which is responsible for driving a best-in-class roadmap for how the company goes to market across all of its businesses. Previously, he was head of communications for Thomson Reuters’ growth markets unit, where his managed executive communications across all channels; tools, training and other communications support for managers; and acquisitions and other change communications.
