The survey will ask you to indicate whether you would like your company to be listed in the final report as a participant. However, you can choose to participate anonymously. In either case, be assured that the report will only discuss aggregate findings and that your company’s name will not be associated with any of the findings. In addition, none of the information you provide in the survey will be shared with third parties. The survey contains 59 questions and will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
