Curley Company, a boutique strategic communications agency, announced today Tina Anthony joined the firm as Vice President, Digital, partnering with clients to establish, grow and advance their reputation, brand and causes through digital storytelling, advocacy, advertising and community engagement. Anthony, an award-winning digital strategist with more than 15 years of experience, joins Curley from the Consumer Technology Association (CTA), the US trade association representing more than 2,200 consumer technology companies which owns and produces CES® – The Global Stage for Innovation, where she spent the past 7 years and most recently served as Director of Digital Strategy.

“Tina brings cutting edge digital solutions to the challenges our clients are facing,” said Curley Company founder and Chief Executive Officer Jennifer Curley. “Digital strategy has always been critically important to Curley Company and, now more than ever, integrating and expanding our digital, public affairs and crisis offerings is invaluable for clients. Tina’s proven record of blazing a trail with new technologies and tactics for message delivery is exactly what we need right now and for the future.”

At CTA, Anthony built the award-winning social media strategy for CES, the world's largest technology event and the largest annual North American tradeshow. She created and developed the digital presence for CTA and CES, strategically delivering the association's key messages and brand value to various audiences by launching new channels and experimenting with different digital tactics to deliver content. Among her accomplishments include launching the first ever CES bot on Twitter, beta testing LinkedIn Live, hosting Reddit AMA's and establishing the organization’s Facebook Live presence. Tina also created and built the CES Podcast, CES Tech Talk. As Executive Producer of CES Tech Talk, she creatively sourced content and C-level guests while promoting and distributing the podcast. Pandora selected CES Tech Talk as one of the first podcasts available for streaming and it is still currently available wherever podcasts can be found.

Before joining the CTA, Anthony sharpened her digital and social media skills working on a wide range of clients for agencies. She served as a Senior Account Executive in the Washington office of Ketchum, a global communications consultancy. For her client ConAgra, Tina was part of the team that developed the Progressive Coupon®, a program that won the 2012 PR Week Honorable Mention for Best Use of Social Media and Digital and was a finalist for a 2012 SABRE Award. Prior to Ketchum, Tina was a Regional Digital Marketing Manager for Forbes where she was responsible for marketing and selling RealClearPolitics.com (then owned by Forbes) across the mid-Atlantic region. Before moving to Washington, Tina was a Digital Media Supervisor for FCB in Chicago, planning and implementing integrated digital branding campaigns for Dow Chemicals and Boeing.

“Curley Company represents the future of PR and understands how to be nimble and integrate digital into everything they do for clients. I am excited to be part of the growth at Curley Company and help lead as they expand their digital capability,” Anthony said.
