EPIX and Matterport Teaming up for Immersive VR Media for Original Series Graves

epix200A Commpro News UpdateIt was announced today that EPIX, a premium entertainment network, is the first major entertainment company to incorporate the Matterport immersive VR experience into its original scripted series.Graves is a single-camera, ten-episode half-hour dramedy, which focuses on Richard Graves (Nick Nolte), a former two-term president as he embarks on a Don Quixote-like quest, righting the wrongs of his administration in an attempt to reclaim his legacy, a quarter century after he had left office.EPIX is using Matterport's technology to create a 3D and VR experience, which will be available on the web, mobile and VR headsets.
