An International Women's Day Town Hall on Empowering Women in Organizations

On March 8, 2024, join us for a groundbreaking International Women's Day town hall that promises to ignite discussions and inspire actionable change in the workplace. Hosted by Media.com, this event is set to shine a spotlight on the crucial role women play in empowering organizations and navigating the challenges they face in professional environments.

Under the expert moderation of Leslie Grossman, a renowned women's leadership activist, author, and coach, the discussion will delve into the urgent measures organizations need to adopt to attract, retain, and nurture female talent. Grossman's leadership and insight will guide the conversation towards tangible steps that can be taken to ensure women are not just participants but leaders in their respective fields.

These true stories will ensure that women will achieve equity in the workplace, and live fulfilled lives, both professionally and personally." 

The town hall will feature a panel of distinguished women leaders from a diverse array of sectors, including technology, finance, healthcare, and public relations. Participants from esteemed companies such as Baringa, Blue Origin, Citi, Edelman, GE, Ruder Finn, and IBM, among others, will share their insights, strategies, and personal journeys. This diverse lineup guarantees a rich exchange of ideas, experiences, and solutions aimed at fostering an inclusive workplace where women can thrive.
