She is a proven strategic communications professional, offering expertise in developing and executing purposeful campaigns for corporate, public affairs, non-profit and political clients. In addition, she offers unique insights on how to manage media for government, regulatory entities and public policy.
As a crisis communications expert, Susan advises corporations and public officials on developing and executing focused, strategic communication plans. She has been a catalyst for effective communications across organizations looking to navigate the complicated intersection of public policy government regulation, and the new world of corporate activism. Susan brings her experience to leadership teams, providing high-level consultation for all categories of engagement pertaining to regulatory compliance, as well as public and government affairs.
She served as Special Advisor to the Governor (2014-2015), and prior to founding her previous firm in 2001, Ms. Del Percio served as a Deputy Commissioner for the City of New York. She received both her Bachelor and Master's degrees from Emerson College.
