While books boom, the newspaper industry has experienced better days in the US. Consumption of newspapers is believed to decline considerably. It is thought that by 2018, Americans will only dedicate 12 daily minutes to the medium. In the avenue of digital platforms, digital consumption in the US newspaper market is parallel with global consumption.
