button (16) Companies of every size and in every industry face challenges in creating, changing and cultivating culture.  Whether rooted deeply in corporate heritage, or sprouting anew from an upcoming merger, culture is a critical factor driving everything from employee engagement to client acquisitions and product sales. How do corporate communications professionals drive the culture agenda across increasingly complex channels and media? It is rarely a simple answer, as with every organization there is a unique culture and often a unique set of stakeholders in the process.Join New York IABC and Instinctif in a co-produced panel discussion to explore who “owns” culture, how it is used to drive performance, and how communications as a function can provide the most value. This interactive session will examine the roles communicators play internally and externally to counsel leaders, define goals and deliver measurable results around a not-so-measurable concept.
