The February 2025 Top 10 PR Agency List has been released, showcasing the leading firms in public relations that continue to shape industries through strategic communication, reputation management, and digital innovation. This year’s list underscores two key findings: New York remains a powerhouse for top-tier PR firms, with three agencies—42 West, Michele Marie PR, and Burson—headquartered in the city, reinforcing its status as the epicenter of media and communication. Additionally, the growing intersection of AI and PR is evident, with agencies like Interdependence Public Relations and Burson integrating AI-driven intelligence into their strategic offerings.

Coming in first place is regular chart topper 42 West, a New York-based communications agency specializing in representing entertainment, media organizations, talent, global brands, and startups at the intersection of pop culture, content, and technology.

Moving up to second place is Dezenhall Resources, Ltd., headquartered in Washington, D.C., a leading public affairs and crisis management firm specializing in defending reputations, managing operational and regulatory conflicts, and neutralizing adversarial attacks. Since the 1980s, they have been behind the scenes shaping outcomes for clients across various industries.

Up to third place is the agency making all the big moves, Racepoint Global, headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, an independent agency providing integrated communications services to tech-forward brands, ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. They specialize in helping B2B and consumer technology clients engage their audiences authentically and meaningfully.

Moving to fourth place is Beehive Strategic Communication, based in Saint Paul, Minnesota, a purpose-driven firm specializing in strategic communication to address complex business challenges and drive growth. As a Certified B Corporation and Women’s Business Enterprise, Beehive partners with clients across various industries to build better businesses for a better world.

Debuting in fifth place is CRIMSON Agency, a Detroit-based brand advocacy firm with over 30 years of experience, specializing in branding, marketing, advertising, and public relations.

Getting back into the list this month is sixth place Interdependence Public Relations, a strategic integrated communications firm headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, specializing in public relations, social media, and influencer marketing, enhanced by proprietary AI technology.

In seventh place is a company new to the top 10, Michele Marie PR, a New York and Los Angeles-based full-service public relations agency specializing in editorial, celebrity, and event-driven press within the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle industries.

Eighth place is list debutante Gregory FCA, a national public relations firm with over 30 years of experience, specializing in amplifying business stories through earned and owned media channels, headquartered in Ardmore, PA.

Ninth place goes to another agency new to the list, Burson, a global communications agency headquartered in New York, NY, that specializes in creating value for clients through reputation management, combining AI-driven intelligence with creative strategies to shape culture and drive impactful change.
