Michael Terpin is CEO of Transform Group, whose divisions include Transform PR, a global public relations firm whose 200 clients have included Augur, Bancor, Dent, Ethereum, Neo and OKEx; CoinAgenda, a global event series for cryptocurrency investors, and Transform Strategies. Ray is currently a senior manager for a stealth mode fintech startup combining traditional and digital infrastructures. As the founder of Archon Advisors LLC, he partners with clients to design solutions that generate financial, operational, and capital efficiencies. He has an extensive background in developing, managing, and transitioning financial businesses undergoing regulatory, economic, and market infrastructure changes. Ray has built and managed units focused on Electronic Trading, OTC Derivatives and Futures Clearing, Fixed Income Trading (bonds, loans, cds, derivatives), Risk Management, Payments, Real Estate, and Digital Assets.Ray has served as President of ICE’s Creditex unit, focusing on electronic bond and derivatives execution. Prior to joining ICE, Ray led Barclays’ OTC Client Clearing business, building the unit from scratch into one of the industry’s leading clearing FCMs (Risk Magazine’s 2013 Clearer of the Year). Extensive risk management experience includes serving as Barclays’ Prime Services’ Risk Head during the credit crisis and building/managing Lehman’s Relationship Loan unit, one of the industry’s most active traders of cds, loans, and bespoke mitigation structures.Ray was an early identifier of the potential of connecting emerging technologies with financial markets to produce needed efficiencies, speaking frequently at industry conferences on this topic since 2015. He is a frequent speaker at global industry conferences including the FED, IOSCO, FIA, World Federation of Exchanges, and digital-focused events.

Dennis O'Neill has over 30 years experience as an Investment Banker. He helped start two of the largest regional Investments banks in Chicago, Madison Securities and Advanced Equities. He was the Managing Director for Softbank Investments/ E2Capital office in Chicago and raised over 2 billion dollars in capital for early stage companies to date. Mr. O'Neill has significant amount of experience and success in Sales, Marketing, Financial Media, Business Development and Institutional Capital Raises. He has spoken at over 50 Private Equity, Venture Capital and Small Cap conferences. He is a thought leader and Blockchain-Crypto Expert and has spoken at over 25 conferences and sought after speaker for Blockchain, STO and Crypto conferences.
Shawn Sloves,Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Co-Founder at Fundamental Interactions
Shawn Sloves is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Velocity Ledger and Fundamental Interactions. Prior to joining the firm, Shawn was co-founder and Head of Product & Strategy at Mantara Inc. In his five years at the firm, he developed a suite of low latency trading infrastructure products, widely deployed across firms and backed by over $40 million in invested venture capital.
Prior to Mantara, as SVP at SunGard, Shawn ran product management and development for their market making direct access platforms that were widely deployed across tier one brokers. At the time over 70% of OTC trading volume were executed thru the DMA systems. In addition, he was the product manager of BRUT the ECN where he developed the listed trading capabilities of the ECN. Shawn also worked at Optimark Technologies the pioneer in dark pools.
