IPR Announces the Appointment of Gary Grates, Principal, W2O Group, as Director of Organizational Communication Research Center

Grates is known as a leader in change management communications, employee engagement and corporate strategy execution.Grates is a frequent lecturer and author speaking on confronting leadership and communications professionals worldwide, as well as a counselor and strategist to global corporations. Seen as a pioneer in change management communications, Grates promotes the use of data intelligence to discern “relevance” both inside and outside an organization. In addition, he's published more than 200 articles and white papers on the importance of communications to achieve business success.The OCRC was established in 2013 as a source for employee communication research, best practices and measures. It plays an important role in shaping the global practice of organizational communication:

Quite frankly, you can’t operate without it.”Grates currently serves as an IPR Board Member and is a member of the Arthur W. Page Society and co-director of the Syracuse University Newhouse School/W2O Group Center for Social Commerce.
