Making Sense of Measurement

Richard Bagnall, SVP of PRIME Europe was recently invited to address Kommunikasjonsdagen 2016 – the Norway PR Association’s annual conference.  Richard’s talk was headlined ‘Operationalising the Barcelona Principles’ and focused on common sense advice on how to prove the value of communications in today’s complex media environment.  The Barcelona Principles were established in 2010 by over 250 global PR and communications measurement professionals looking to establish best practice advise on measuring PR. Late last year they were updated and revised to reflect the ongoing changes to the media and PR itself. Richard’s talk focusses on how to move from the top level advice of the Principles to their practical application in a straightforward manner that any organisation can adopt.
