There are multiple opportunities with tremendous brand exposure.A bit about the campaign...Sunday, June 2, 2019, the United Way of New York City + the Department of Education will be hosting an advocacy march in support of public education (think walk-a-thon). It begins in lower Manhattan, crosses the Brooklyn Bridge and concludes with a k-12 family festival at Borough Hall, Brooklyn.The festival will include a bubble garden by BubbleWorks, a winter playground (think snow in June), an inflatable slide (representing the summer educational slide), a gallery tent featuring the best student art from around the city, a main stage featuring student performers, and a pop up shopping area where we will showcase small / minority owned businesses. Additionally, UWNYC will have a story time tent where all the major publishing houses are sending authors to read. TODAY SHOW Willie (+ Christina) Geist have offered to read at the story time tent.  The TODAY / NBC is in discussions to be a media sponsor with an announcement soon to be made.That same morning, prior to the march kick-off, UWNYC will be hosting a 200 person Teachers' Awards breakfast honoring NYC teachers. Teacher's will be nominated and voting promoted. All sponsors get to name + present an award.The UWNYC expects 10,000 people to participate in the march - a mix of parents, students + teachers as well as thousands of corporate employees marching together to raise money and show their support. Will your company start a team? There is no minimum fundraising goal so everyone is welcome to participate.Scholastic, MadeGood, + ABC Mouse are official sponsors with more soon to be announced. The Children's Book Council, the NY Jets + the NY Giants are community partners with others soon to be named.Learn more about it...
