Accordant Media Honored on Advertising Age's 2016 Best Places to Work List
A Commpro News Update
Leading programmatic advertising company Accordant Media was names by Advertising Age as one of the 50 Best Places to Work in Advertising and Media in 2016.
Recently, Accordant Media had also been named amongst the 100 Best Places to Work in New York City by Crain's New York.
"We are incredibly proud of our team at Accordant and all they've done to make ours a great company environment," said Matt Greitzer, Co-Founder of Accordant Media and Co-CEO of Amnet US. "While we have won numerous awards throughout our six years for our innovative technology, being recognized by Advertising Age and Crain's as one of the best places to work is truly one of our greatest achievements."
The Ad Age survey and awards program honors the best employers in the marketing and media industry. The list is based on criteria including workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, demographics and the employee experience.
"The companies on Ad Age's Best Places to Work represent the cream of the crop in marketing, advertising, media and ad technology," said Deputy Editor Judann Pollack. "In these highly competitive fields, these 50 stand out for their best-in-class benefits, salaries and hiring practices, but also for creating a compelling culture in which employees are engaged, encouraged and valued. Talent has never been more important in marketing, and our Best Places to Work companies have proven that they can attract and retain the best in the business."
Earlier this year, Accordant Media was acquired by Dentsu Aegis Network and has joined Dentsu's Amnet Group.
"How thrilling it is to see both the Accordant Media and Amnet cultures being recognized by both Advertising Age and Crain's just as we are bringing our companies together!" said Art Muldoon, Co-Founder of Accordant Media and Co-CEO of Amnet US. "We look forward to continuing to make ours a great working environment to propel our leadership in the programmatic marketing industry."
