Anthony Scaramucci, Former White House Communications Director for President Trump

Anthony Scaramucci is the Founder and Co-Managing Partner of SkyBridge Capital. He is the author of three books: The Little Book of Hedge Funds, Goodbye Gordon Gekko, and Hopping Over the Rabbit Hole, a 2016 Wall Street Journal best- seller. Prior to founding SkyBridge in 2005, Scaramucci co-founded investment partnership Oscar Capital Management, which was sold to Neuberger Berman, LLC in 2001. Earlier, he was a vice president in Private Wealth Management at Goldman Sachs & Co. In 2016, Scaramucci was ranked #85 in Worth Magazine’s Power 100: The 100 Most Powerful People in Global Finance. In 2011, he received Ernst & Young’s “Entrepreneur of the Year – New York” Award in the Financial Services category. Anthony is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), vice chair of the Kennedy Center Corporate Fund Board, a board member of both The Brain Tumor Foundation and Business Executives for National Security (BENS), and a Trustee of the United States Olympic & Paralympic Foundation. He was a member of the New York City Financial Services Advisory Committee from 2007 to 2012. In November 2016, he was named to President-Elect Trump’s 16-person Presidential Transition Team Executive Committee. In June 2017, he was named the Chief Strategy Officer of the EXIM Bank. He served as the White House Communications Director for a period in July 2017. Scaramucci, a native of Long Island, New York, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Tufts University and a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School.

Sheryl is a seasoned professional that has held a range of increasing responsibilities within corporate communications at the Company including speech writing for 3 previous CEOs, investor communications, media relations and internal publishing.  In her current role she leverages her extensive communications expertise to lead the company’s strategies and programs, as well as its story-telling in diversity, inclusion and engagement, provides strategic counsel to the CHRO and the senior team, and is part of the company’s Senior Communications Council.  Pitney Bowes has recognized her exceptional contributions with several awards, including the company’s highest employee honor – the Walter H. Wheeler, Jr. Award. 

Sheryl recently received the Public Relations Society of America’s national D. Ty Cobb, Former Special Counsel to President Trump

Ty Cobb recently retired from the government, where he served as the Special Counsel to the President, managing the White House response to the Office of Special Counsel. Previously, Ty was a long-time leader at international law firm Hogan Lovells, where he was widely recognized as one of the premier white collar, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) enforcement, and Congressional investigations lawyers in the world.  Prominent corporate clients (domestic and international) and senior executives facing serious corporate governance matters such as crisis management, allegations of corruption, bribery or trade sanctions violations routinely turned to Ty to guide them. A former federal prosecutor, Ty is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and is regularly profiled in Best Lawyers in America, Lawdragon 500 Top Lawyers in America, International Who’s Who of Business Crime Lawyers, and Superlawyers.  He was selected to the Ethisphere Hall of Fame in 2011 for his work advancing the cause of ethics in business and corporate compliance..

Chris Manzini, Managing Director, Corporate & Public Affairs, Edelman

Chris Manzini has been a member of the Edelman family for sixteen years, serving in a variety of roles in multiple locations during his tenure. He currently leads the Corporate and Public Affairs division in New York, which includes not only those practices but the Technology and Financial Services sector as well as the firm’s Business + Social Purpose practice. Chris serves as a senior advisor on reputation and issues management for several clients across the division and works especially closely with PepsiCo, Neiman Marcus Group, Equifax and BT (British Telecom).Prior to coming to NY, Chris led the Southwest region, which includes offices in Austin, Dallas and Houston. Major Garrett, Chief WH Correspondent, CBS News

Major Garrett was named CBS News’ Chief White House Correspondent in November 2012. As Chief White House Correspondent, Garrett reports for all CBS News broadcasts and platforms.  Garrett is also the host of “The Takeout,” a weekly podcast about politics, policy and pop culture.While covering the White House for CBS News, Garrett reported extensively on presidential actions to confront ISIS, Ebola, nuclear negotiations with Iran and U.S.-European efforts to confront Russia in the standoff over Ukraine. On domestic issues, Garrett reported on the administration’s handling of the health care website rollout, numerous policy failures at the Veterans Administration and the president’s ongoing efforts in 2014 to address racial strife and criminal justice reform. He has traveled with the president to Asia, Europe and the Middle East.Before joining CBS News as Chief White House Correspondent, Garrett was a fixture during CBS News’ coverage of Campaign 2012 through a partnership with the National Journal, where he was Chief White House Correspondent. Joe Lockhart, Former WH Press Secretary to President Clinton

Joe Lockhart provides strategic counsel to Edelman’s clients, focusing specifically on the reputational challenges facing today’s CEOs and c-suite executives. In this capacity, he draws on his experience as a longtime political advisor and communicator and as a strategist to some of the world’s most recognized brands. Notably, Lockhart served as press secretary under President Bill Clinton.Prior to joining Edelman, Lockhart, a longtime-D.C. veteran, was executive vice president of communications and public affairs for the National Football League. Previously, Lockhart was with Facebook, leading the social networking giant’s corporate, policy and international communications team.Lockhart’s history in politics began with his work on Jimmy Carter’s 1980 presidential reelection campaign. He then went on to serve as assistant press secretary for Walter Mondale’s 1984 presidential campaign and then deputy press secretary for Michael Dukakis’s presidential run. In 2004, Lockhart advised John Kerry in his presidential bid.As chief spokesman and senior adviser to President Bill Clinton, Lockhart navigated communications during the impeachment trials, handling twice-daily briefings during one of the most contentious times in White House history. Celeste Katz became senior political reporter for Condé Nast’s Glamour in the spring of 2018 and has written extensively about the midterm elections, voting, and public policy. She is also co-host of "Driving Forces," a new government affairs program on New York's WBAI-FM radio. Previously, she was a senior politics writer for Newsweek. During the 2016 presidential election, she co-hosted “Special Relationship,” a podcast from Mic and The Economist, which Poynter Institute readers voted among the best political journalism of the cycle. Celeste was on staff at The New York Daily News from 2000 to 2015, covering national, state and city politics as a correspondent and columnist. She began her reporting career at The Providence Journal after earning a degree in international relations from Brown University. Celeste is on the guest-host roster for Sirius XM radio, has been a speaker at the Columbia, NYU, and CUNY Journalism Schools, and has discussed her work on CNN, MSNBC, FOX, C-SPAN, NPR, and British and Australian Broadcasting Corporation radio.
