Anticipating what’s next

A recent Willis Towers Watson survey found that 57% of all respondents represent companies that either require, or plan to require, COVID-19 vaccinations. That includes 18% currently requiring vaccinations and 7% that plan to mandate vaccinations regardless of federal legislation.However, 32% of respondents said they planned to require vaccinations only if the Occupational Safety and Health Administration Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) took effect. Now that it won’t, we can safely assume a large number of companies will promptly drop their drive to enforce the mandate.
