New PRSA Agency, Professional & Resources Search Tools are Powered by CommunicationsMatch™

The Public Relations Society of America’s new PR agency, consultant, freelancer and service provider search, shortlisting and hiring tools, launched on July 15, are powered by  CommunicationsMatch™’s market leading search technology.

The new “Find a Firm” search tools are designed to help clients find agencies and professionals by industry and communications capabilities, size, location, designations, diversity, and client experience.

Client organizations have the option of searching for firms with multiple capabilities, by zip code, city and country, PRSA or section membership, as well as a simple five question search. Reviewing directory or comprehensive profiles with client expertise, leader bios and thought leadership, clients make the decision to reach out to firms or professionals directly using the contact information or using the industry’s first integrated RFQ and RFP tools, developed in partnership with RFP Associates.

“The new search tool is a powerful way for PRSA members to showcase their capabilities and generate new business leads,” said Jay Starr, senior vice president of membership, PRSA. “This collaboration with CommunicationsMatch is just one of the ways in which we are adding membership benefits and resources to help members achieve their networking, professional development, and new business goals.”

“Clients and agencies benefit from this partnership,” said Simon Erskine Locke, founder & CEO of CommunicationsMatch, a former head of corporate communications functions at Prudential Financial, Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank, an agency founder, and frequent contributor to CommPRO. “Client organizations can search 6,000 profiles by PRSA membership, the APR designation or all listed agencies and professionals, through Find a Firm, which is integrated with CommunicationsMatch’s search engine. Agencies, professionals and search providers benefit from client searches through PRSA.org and Communicationsmatch.com.”
