Racepoint Global Expands Leadership Team with Key Hires in Creative and Strategy

Racepoint Global, an earned-first marketing agency, has announced the addition of two senior leaders to its team. Erin Hauswirth has been appointed as Senior Vice President, Head of Creative, while Jimmy Doucette joins as Senior Vice President, Head of Strategy and Health. The hires align with CEO Bill Davies’ vision for the agency as it continues to refine its approach to modern marketing.

Davies emphasized the evolving nature of brand engagement, stating, “Today, every company is a tech company. And every brand is an entertainment brand. To stay competitive, clients need to pull customers in and earn their attention—earn it, not buy it. So, I thought it was prudent to bring folks onboard that know how to come up with big, breakthrough strategies and ideas that turn people’s heads.”

Hauswirth brings over fifteen years of experience in creative leadership, having developed campaigns and experiential activations for major brands such as Amazon Prime Video, Yelp, HBO, GE, Spotify, and Netflix. Her work focuses on non-traditional advertising, including immersive brand experiences that have been recognized by the Tribeca Film Festival, The One Show, The Webby Awards, and the Clio Awards.

Doucette, a strategist with extensive healthcare expertise, has worked across neurology, oncology, immunology, and infectious diseases with industry leaders such as Pfizer, Biogen, and GSK. His background also includes experiential strategy for brands like Guinness, Samsung, and Under Armour, where he helped craft customer experiences across multiple touchpoints.

With these additions, Racepoint Global aims to strengthen its approach to human-centered design and attention-grabbing campaigns. The agency, founded by Larry Weber, has a track record of delivering strategic marketing solutions for technology and healthcare brands, helping them navigate an ever-changing communications landscape.
