Sales and Marketing Operations Coordinator

As a member of the Premier Marketing team, the Premier Marketing Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting all aspects of a growing enterprise business and global sales team. The candidate should be a highly organized and analytical thinker with a passion for developing, managing, and perfecting processes.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate translation of all sales and marketing materials into 15+ languages, including but not limited to emails, PPT presentations, video reels, one-sheets, event invites, and other sales collateralManage organizational system for storing sales collateralCommunicate relevant new and updated sales and marketing materials to sales teamDevelop and manage system for fielding, prioritizing and executing sales team requests for ad hoc sales and marketing materialsManage upkeep of swag catalog and concept new swag designs with design teamPlace swag orders and coordinate international distribution of swagTrack and manage database of logos, testimonials and case study candidatesProactively identify additional marketing opportunities to support the sales teamWith Premier Marketing Manager, manage content on web and social presencesTrack Premier marketing expenses and help with budget upkeepRequired Qualifications:Related work experience and/or BA or BS in marketing, communications, business or related fieldsExcellent ability to manage time effectively, prioritize duties, track requestsPreferred Qualifications:Highly organized and resourceful with meticulous attention to detailStellar written and spoken English communication skillsAdditional language/cultural knowledge a plusA positive attitude, sense of humor, and creative problem solving skillsSystems management and data analysis skills a plusEqual Opportunity Employer, M/F/D/V
